Representative Johansen moved and asked unanimous consent that                                                                  
HB 376 be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading, and                                                                  
placed on final passage. Representative Johnson moved and asked unanimous consent that he                                                                
be allowed to abstain from voting because of a conflict of interest.
